Indoor Rowing

 Our indoor programming is held for both our youth and adult rowers to provide a structured fitness program to improve their rowing. Focus will include
  • Increasing aerobic capacity, muscular strength, and flexibility
  • Improving core strength
  • Improving power and consistency through proper technique

This will be accomplished through erging, basic weight training, body circuits, and other mobility exercises. 

The 2017-2018 winter training will run three days/week (M/T/Thurs) From November 27th through Dec 19th. It will pick up after the holidays 4x/week (M/T/W/Thurs), starting Tuesday, January 2nd through Thursday, February 22. 

All classes will run 5:30-6:30 with stretching until 6:45.

Cost is $100 for the whole season. To sign up, login to your Belmont Rowing Center profile and register under "indoor rowing" programs. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail.
